Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and playing Pearl Diver (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. We may revise these terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
About the Game
Pearl Diver is a free, browser-based maze exploration game in which players guide a diver through procedurally generated coral passages and collect pearls. The game contains no violent content, no gambling mechanics, and no in-game purchases. It is intended as a relaxing, accessible experience for all ages.
Permitted Use
You may play Pearl Diver freely for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may share the game's URL with others. Recording or streaming gameplay for non-commercial content is welcome, provided Pearl Diver is credited appropriately.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to reverse-engineer or commercially exploit the game's source code. You agree not to use automated scripts to interfere with normal gameplay or the site's operation. You agree not to misrepresent ownership of Pearl Diver or distribute modified versions under the Pearl Diver name.
Intellectual Property
All visuals, code, and design elements of Pearl Diver remain the property of their respective creators. These Terms grant no licence to reproduce or distribute game assets outside of normal browser caching during play.
No Warranties
Pearl Diver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or compatibility with every device or browser. The game may be updated, modified, or discontinued without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creators of Pearl Diver are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. As the game involves no financial transactions, no monetary claims arise from its use.
Third-Party Services
Pearl Diver loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your use of those resources is subject to Google's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of any third-party service the game references.
Privacy
Your use of Pearl Diver is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains the limited information that may be processed when you play.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Pearl Diver regarding your use of the game.
